My research uses genetic/genomic data to infer how habitat changes over time structure populations, species, and communities. I use phylogenetic, landscape and population genetics/genomics, and spatial modeling to investigate the impacts of fluctuating environments on gene flow, diversification and speciation. My work is heavily dependent on field work and museum collections since I work on non-model organisms often in understudied tropical parts of the world.
